Cancellations
Cancellations by users of this website will always be made at least 36 hours before the time of passenger pick-up for transfer.
Refunds
Our company is not responsible for flight cancellations, change of airport by the airline or the client missing the flight. We send a vehicle and a driver to the pick-up point and this is subject to a cost. It is therefore impossible to make a refund in these cases.
Booking
Reservations are always made 36 hours prior to passenger pick-up. The reservation system calendar is configured for this. If for any reason the booking is made less than 36 hours before the pick-up time, the company does not guarantee the service.
The reservation will be notified with an email reflecting the price and contracted services. If this agreement is not respected, we reserve the right to claim part or all of the amount for said service.
We also reserve the right to cancel any reservation you make with us, always giving at least 48 hours’ notice. We will do this by contacting you via email or phone number provided at the time of booking.
Online reservation terms
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Notification of passenger transfer at night
The price of passenger transfers made at night, between 19:00 p.m. and 08:00 a.m., have an additional charge of 30 percent of the cost of the ride that is added directly.

Service and pricing modifications
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. As long as it does not affect services already reserved or contracted.
The prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice. Without this affecting services that have been previously reserved.

You must provide complete and accurate information on the reservation form.
