My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Yes, you can select a second vehicle at the time of booking on our website, you can also contact us via email or telephone to be able to solve any extra vehicle needs.

I can't find my destination in the list of bookings, what should I do?

If you do not find a location in the list of destinations in our web booking search engine, please contact us by email or by telephone.


How long will the transfer take?

The approximate transfer time varies between 20 minutes and one hour and 15 minutes depending of course on the distance to your destination.
As it is the Canary Islands, the distances between locations are not excessively long.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

If you would like to make a stop during your booked journey, please speak to our driver so that we can assess the waiting time and conditions.

How much luggage can each person carry?

Each passenger is allowed one normal suitcase of maximum 20 kilos plus one hand bag.

What happens if the passenger arrives late?

If for any reason the passenger is delayed for more than 6 hours on arrival, the company cannot guarantee the waiting time for the transfer.
