My arrival at the airport was about 40 minutes late and they were still waiting. The girl who made the transfer, Katy, was charming after working more than 10 hours a day. We were talking during the transfer and the schedule conditions seem to me like they should review it. Greetings and my total admiration for that girl

Having been let down by our usual transfer company on arrive to Grand Canaria we decided to find an alternative transfer company and found Canary Taxi Bus and have to say the service was excellent, driver arrived 25 minutes before booking time and was very efficient and cost was very reasonable. We booked return airport transfers via the website and received the booking confirmation email and opted to pay cash on arrival. I replied to the booking confirmation a few days before the transfer to double check everything was ok and received a quick reply advising yes. On arrival in Gran Canaria our driver was waiting in the arrivals area with a board with our name on, so was very easy to find. our vehicle was a short walk away (a very new looking mini bus just for the 2 of us!), the driver loaded our bags and off we went, he drove at a nice and steady speed with no erratic movements like sometimes you get overseas! so we were very impressed with the journey, driver and vehicle. For our return back to the airport I emailed a day before just to amend the time slightly which was confirmed back swiftly. On the day of the pick up we were at reception 15 mins earlier than the planned pick up time and the drive was waiting outside for us already, which was great, again we felt relaxed and safe with the drive back to the airport (in a slightly older mini bus this time but was perfectly fine!) I would have no hesitation in recommending Canary TaxiBus or using them again, they drivers are reliable, punctual, drive safely and are reasonably priced.

Good But you have to be careful which taxi driver you get.
I would probably rate 4.5 stars if I could. I wasn't able to pay by card using their "RedSys" payment system on the website, and had to pay cash. It was also impossible to get through by phone, and communicating by WhatsApp was ok, but could take a while to get a reply sometimes. However, the service itself was fantastic. The driver was on-time and drove us to the airport without any problems. We requested 2 child seats and they were provided as well. I would use them again, but I wish they would upgrade their payment and communication systems.
Great, the driver was there despite the delay. A well-maintained minibus was driven quickly by a very nice driver. The same thing on the way back, the driver was there about 10 minutes before the ordered time. He helped load the luggage and was very friendly. For us it's clear that we'll be back on our next vacation!
We used the transport from Tenerife Süd Airport to Costa Adeje and back again. Price was more than fair. Communication runs via WhatsApp, very good. The driver was on time at the airport even though our flight arrived 80 minutes late. I can only recommend.

We were very satisfied. When we arrived in Las Palmas, a lady was waiting for us with a sign with my name on it. We were quickly driven to our hotel. On the way back we ordered the service for 2 p.m. The nice gentleman was even there 15 minutes beforehand... All in all, I can recommend this company with a clear conscience... What's great is that the company sends you another WhatsApp at least 1 day before pickup so that there are no misunderstandings. Very good👍👍👍

Excellent taxi company. We were a little worried if they would be there as we pay driver on arrival but we had nothing to worry about. We got an email confirming booking and could communicate on WhatsApp. Very professional driver met us at arrivals with name plaque. Straight into minibus and there in 20 mins - effortless! We booked a minibus for 6 people €35 each way to playa del Inglés

Nice experience of the trip from the airport to Puerto Rico. Pleasant driver and decent car. Did not charge extra for driving to 2 different hotels.
Good price/quality balance, large appartaments, but recommend upper floors and rooms ending with 5 or futher (eg 305). In this case you can enjoy sun on your terrace. Pool area and public areas are maintained well.
